Chase has been with the company for over 5 years and has held different roles, servicing all sides of the property management business. He graduated from the University of Arkansas with an emphasis in Business Management and Marketing. Shayla Mayo has been in Property Management for 10 years, with experience in Multifamily, New Construction, and Training and Development. She graduated with a degree in Organizational Management in 2022 and started with HomeRiver Group shortly after! She strives to create positive experiences for all employees of HRG and clients alike. Her main goals are to ensure excellence, mentor and develop the team, and uphold the HRG standards.
Shayla is a born and raised Virginian but has lived in Florida since 2011. She has lived all over the state, including South Florida/Orlando and the Panhandle. She is currently in Destin, Florida and will be in Tampa mid-2023. When she isn’t working, she’s with her Pug or at the sugar-white sands and emerald-hued waters of the Panhandle beaches.
Monica, who joined our Park Place team in 2010, is a Boise native. She is married to Joe; they have 2 grown sons, Devon and Bryant, 2 wonderful grandsons Ayden & Layne, and 4 beautiful granddaughters Britlee Rhea', Bently Jo, Teigan Wallis, and Charlee Kynn. Monica has worked in customer service most of her adult life, but has found her forever work home here at Park Place with a team she loves spending her days with.
Jered Monroe graduated from Texas State University in San Marcos, Texas and has been with the Property Frameworks team since 2011. Jered is a Senior Property Manager for our largest market and is responsible for managing our North DFW Territory as well as overseeing/assisting with the territories of his Junior Property Managers. With over 13 years of experience in real estate, he has an exceptional understanding of property management as well as dedication to maintaining positive relations with our clients and tenants.

Travis comes from a remodel and maintenance background and has worked with a wide variety of property stakeholders including private equity firms, real estate brokerages, lenders, title companies, and individual investors. When he's not helping clients, he enjoys spending time with his wife and kiddos in the Texas hill country.
Rich is an award-winning sales professional with over 20 years of experience in investments and real estate. As the Business Development Manager for IN/OH/KY he combines that experience along with a consultative sales approach to find the best solution to meet his client’s needs. He believes that professional sales is a willingness to serve and takes great pride in exceeding his clients expectations.
Rich was born and raised in Central Indiana and received his Bachelor of Science degree from Indiana State University in 1997. He strongly believes in giving back and stays active in his community. Volunteering at the Boys and Girls Club of Indiana and the National Kidney Foundation of Indiana in addition to being involved with several local charities and sponsorships.
In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family and friends. He especially enjoys spoiling his 4 grandchildren. His passions include cooking, playing golf and CrossFit. A large amount of his free time is spent educating himself on all things real estate related. Not only to be a great resource for his clients but to also build his own real estate investment portfolio.
Steve is the Institutional Business Development Manager at HomeRiver Group. He was most recently President of Smarter Resident, offering Sales, Marketing and operational consulting for Single Family institutional companies. Prior to that for 6 years, he was VP of Sales and Marketing for PointCentral, a smart home technology provider to large Single Family and Multi-Family companies. Prior to joining PointCentral, Steve spent two decades with Supra Products working closely with the CEO’s and Directors of over 90% of the MLS and Boards of Realtors nationwide, all who used Supra’s electronic lockboxes for access to single family properties. He holds the patent for the first “smart device” (personal digital assistant) that functioned as a key for an electronic lock. Steve lives in Oregon (enjoying all of the Great Northwest), has served on the Boards of Salem Leadership Foundation, Salem Young Life and Stronger Families for Oregon. He enjoys golf, fly fishing and most of all his wife and three children.
Sam Graduated from the University of Mississippi with a degree in Criminal Justice with an emphasis on Homeland Security. He has been working in property management since 2016 and as a Realtor since 2020. He also is a Captain in the Mississippi Army National Guard. As the Business Development Manager he hopes to help investors grow their portfolios and make transitions to the HRG team as seamless and pleasant as possible.
Jeremiah serves as the Director of Operations, responsible for leading the team of centralized field support departments known as the Centers of Excellence (COE). The COE is a service-focused environment designed to maximize efficiencies and enhance the overall property management experience for HomeRiver Group clients.
Prior to his current role, Jeremiah invested 16 years immersing himself in the real estate trade while working for industry-leading organizations such as Cartus Relocation, Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, and USAA. He has had the privilege of managing a wide variety of teams, products, customer contact centers, and business development activities across the nation.
Jeremiah is a graduate of Corban University where he earned a BS in Management and Communications, and his MBA in Management. He enjoys traveling, water sports, and spending time outdoors. Jeremiah currently resides in the Dallas – Fort Worth area with his wife and four children.
Scott Green is the Director of Marketing for HomeRiver Group and is responsible for all corporate marketing and communications, as well as supporting each of HRG’s local markets. Scott has nearly 10 years of experience in residential real estate marketing for single-family and multi-family, as well as finance marketing, with a focus on branding and communications to the investor community.
Scott is a native of Phoenix, AZ and now resides in Elmhurst, IL with his wife and three kids. He has an MBA from University of Illinois at Chicago.
Tara is the Business Development Manager for HomeRiver Group Spokane. She was with Madison Real Estate & Property Management for four years and worked for 17 years as a Business Development Manager in Real Estate Title and Escrow in Spokane.
Tara is a licensed broker and has enjoyed the intricacies and challenges of the property management world. Tara is a member of The Spokane-Eastern Washington Women’s Council of Realtors, Independent Brokers, Spokane Mortgage Lenders Association, Spokane Association of Realtors Communications Committee and a member of the GSI and Airway Heights Chamber.
Tara was born and raised in Spokane and she loves the Pacific Northwest. She has been married for 38 years and loves to camp at Priest Lake and Deer Lake. She has one son who lives in Spokane and is a Grandma to a darling little girl. In her free time, she can be found near water in the summer and being a sports fan in the winter.

Rebecca's role is Business Development Manager for North & Central Florida. Prior to her current role, Rebecca has worked as a Property Manager and Leasing Agent with HomeRiver Group. She has over 15 years of property management experience. Rebecca is a licensed Florida Broker, and has been doing residential real estate and property management since 2006. Before getting licensed Rebecca worked in the multifamily industry. Rebecca is a member of GTAR, NAR, and NARPM.

Jim is the Regional Director of Business Development & Broker for HomeRiver Group in Texas. Jim oversees the BDM Teams and regional growth in California, Hawaii, Washington State, Arizona, Idaho, Texas, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania & the Mid Atlantic markets for HRG.
Previously, Jim was the Texas Broker and Sr Regional Operations Manager for Property Frameworks, overseeing management operations in Frameworks S Texas Offices in Austin, Houston, & San Antonio, as well as the Pennsylvania, North & S Carolina markets.
Born & raised in Dallas Tx, Jim is a graduate of Texas State University where he met his wife in 2002 and is currently raising his son and daughter in Houston.
Nick has been overseeing the Leasing Department as the Director of Leasing, for the newly acquired Property Frameworks since 2016. He has been assisted in that role by 4 Regional Leasing Managers. In an effort to illuminate his team's customer service and leasing performance to the owners, his team coordinates daily with Property Managers, Renewals, Accounting, and Underwriting.
Before that, he was the Senior Leasing Agent for One Prop overseeing all the other realtor employees. He has been a realtor and member of the Dallas Association of Realtors and an understudy of Property Management since 1996 when with Prime Properties. His top two items related to property management are - "nobody makes any money if a property doesn't lease" and - "we are in this business to service our owners and make their investment profitable".
His stupendous professional experience includes his own clothing retail business, a manager for the Fur Division of Neiman Marcus, and for many years, a restaurant manager for the famous Il Sorrento, in Dallas.
He is a graduate of Saint Leo College, in Florida with a bachelor's degree.

Tonya is the Business Development Manager for Homeriver Group for the Georgia market. She has 10+ years experience in the Real Estate/Property Management industry, with a focus on growth & revenue generation opportunities for Property Management Companies including company acquisitions. Throughout her career, Tonya has worked to cultivate meaningful relationships within the industry and understand specifically how to best help local, international, and Institutional Real Estate Investors grow and maintain their rental portfolios.
Jared has been in Property Management for over 9 years now and enjoys meeting and making new connections every day. He started in Property Management in Idaho and was able to work with investors and realtors on a daily basis. He helped both new and seasoned investors grow their portfolios and realize their financial goals.
Throughout Jared's career in Property Management he has supervised multiple offices in 3 different states with over 1,500 units. He has worked directly with the Property Managers to help them be the solutions to any opportunities that they had while managing their units. Alexis’ focus is to go above and beyond for each client and will attack any challenge, full steam ahead! Alexis attended the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising receiving her degree in Marketing and is now excitedly working toward her real estate license. She’s worked and resided throughout the US, but chose to settle down in her absolute favorite place, Salt Lake City.

Rodney started his career as a Realtor and Property Manager for Coldwell Banker Real Estate Services nearly 20 years ago. Rodney has served as a Property Manager and leasing agent for Coldwell’s Pittsburgh metropolitan area as well as Director of Property Management in the Pittsburgh metropolitan area. Currently, he holds the title as HomeRiver Group® Business Development Manager and Broker of Record for Pennsylvania. He was an instructor of “Educational Development School of Real Estate” and led a “Leasing Certification” class for Coldwell Banker Agents.
He oversees the day to day operations for HomeRiver Group and is heavily involved in ensuring his Pennsylvania team generates “quality results” all while focusing to ensure policy and procedures are followed and clients receive top notch support. His hard work and dedication have helped him lead the Pennsylvania Property Management team to success.
In his third year of law school at Oklahoma City University, Jeff Wood got an opportunity he couldn’t pass up when a record label in Nashville, Tennessee, enticed him to make the move east. Jeff spent the next twelve years in Music City writing and recording hit songs. In 2004, Jeff returned home to Oklahoma to begin a career in the oil and gas business as well as in his other passion, real estate. Jeff has held several business development positions in the last decade and has had great success developing and growing relationships throughout Oklahoma.
Louretta is the Business Development Manager for North and South Carolina. She is a licensed broker in both states with 15+ years of Property Management/Real Estate experience. She joined the HomeRiver Group team in 2018.
She serves on the board of Health Guidance, a non-profit patient advocacy organization that serves local families in the Charlotte Mecklenburg community free of charge through their critical medical illness, utilizing our personalized health management service.
Originally from Kentucky, Louretta and her husband Victor now reside in Mooresville, NC and enjoy traveling and spending as much time as possible with their grandchildren.
Lorri is another new addition to the Home River Group team but is not new to the other ladies as she worked along side them for the last 5 years. With 21 years Property Management experience Lorri is a leasing and sales phenom and attacks any challenge in front of her. Her extraordinary ability to close a sale will prove valuable as the Kansas City office continues to grow.
Richard is the Business Development Manager for the Indiana Market. He brings to Home River Group over 20 yrs of experience with investments and real estate. He is passionate about taking care of his clients and takes great pride in exceeding client expectations. He is a member of the Central Indiana Real Estate Investor Association and Indiana Real Estate Independent Brokers Association. Rich is a lifelong resident of central Indiana and achieved a Bachelors Degree in Education from Indiana State University in 1997. He is actively involved in his community volunteering with the National Kidney Foundation of Indiana, The American Heart Association and Boys and Girls Club of Boone County. He has worked in various industries throughout his career delivering opportunities to exceed territory objectives and generate impactful revenue growth. He has a bachelor's degree from The University of Utah, and an MBA from the University of Phoenix, Charlotte, NC campus. As a BDM at Home River Idaho, he will be engaged with investors of single and multifamily properties to deliver the best property management services in the industry! JP is the Business Development Manager for HomeRiver Group, Texas. He joined the team in 2015 as the Business Development Specialist where he helped grow our DFW, Houston, Austin and San Antonio markets. Prior to HRG, JP had 10+ years of operations management experience in the REO property preservation industry. Brian has experience of managing new luxury apartment communities, overseeing renovations in value-added properties, and managing the portfolios of hundreds of single family rental assets over nearly 20 years. Brian has worked as a Property Manager and now as HomeRiver's Business Development Manager of Northern and Southern CA.
As General Counsel for HomeRiver Group, Henry oversees all legal matters for the company. With extensive experience in all areas of the real estate industry, Henry's background includes property management, leasing, landlord/tenant matters, residential and commercial real estate transactions, regulatory compliance, acquisitions, corporate risk and litigation management. Henry began his career in private practice, building a successful real estate practice in Boca Raton, Florida focused on all aspects of residential and commercial real estate. Upon recruitment by Realogy, Henry took on multiple roles, including Legal Counsel for their Florida title operation, Sunbelt Title, and more recently, General Counsel for their property management division, Property Frameworks, Coldwell Banker Vacations and NRT Reo Experts. As part of the senior leadership team at Property Frameworks, Henry helped establish important legal protocols while managing all legal matters for the company. Henry also has an extensive background in real estate education, having been certified in contract instruction and recognized for his educational programs and content delivered to Realtors and their associations throughout Florida. Henry is a graduate of the University of Florida and St. Thomas University School of Law. Born in New York, Henry resides in Boca Raton, Florida.
David directs operations and business development of HRG’s multifamily portfolio in key national markets. He has over thirty years of experience in property management and has earned the industry-leading designation of Certified Property Manager® (CPM®) from the Institute of Real Estate Management® (IREM®). David also holds a B.A. in Communications-Advertising from Brigham Young University. Throughout his career, he has served on several industry and corporate boards of directors.
As the former Director of Real Estate for Zion’s Bank Wealth Management, and later a commercial real estate broker, David developed extensive expertise in real estate investment, development, construction, leasing and marketing, and property operations. Prior to joining HRG, David moved from Vice President of Asset Management to Senior Vice President of Operations at Steadfast Companies where he oversaw operations of a conventional multifamily portfolio valued at $1.3 billion. He was also instrumental in guiding the company through significant business enterprise changes and the operational merger of three institutional class REITs into one, currently known as Steadfast REIT.

A veteran of the institutional single family rental (SFR) industry, since 2010 Aaron has held roles as Senior Vice President of Operations and Strategy for Tiber Capital Group, Senior Director of Field Operations for Zillow Offers, Vice President of Acquisitions at Altisource, and Executive Director of Acquisitions at HavenBrook Homes (now a part of Progress Residential).
Aaron graduated from Trinity College (Connecticut) and received his MBA from Emory University in Atlanta, GA where he lives with his wife Elizabeth and two daughters.
Misty studied business management at Gainesville College and has been with HomeRiver Group® since 2012. Misty has obtained two industry designations from NARPM which include Residential Management Professional (RMP®) and Master Property Manager (MPM®). Currently Misty oversees operations in the Carolinas, GA, AL, FL, PA and Mid Atlantic. She is committed to providing both clients and residents the highest quality of customer service and expertise within the rental home market. Misty resides in GA with her husband and has three children, one of which is currently serving in the Air Force.
Brooke Donelson moved to Indianapolis, IN from Kansas City, MO where she continues her successful career as Regional Director of Operations at HomeRiver Group. Her highly experienced skills in the Multi-Family Housing Industry has stretched over 20 years with the ability to lead team members in a positive approach, managing day to day operations, and responsible for a large territory with great successes and is always pushing to exceed expectations. Throughout her career, Brooke Donelson demonstrates exceptional strength in all facets of property management, is known for her focus on details and development of exceptional operational procedures. Portfolios managed have included all property types, multi-family housing and single family housing; student, senior, new development & revitalization of neighborhoods & communities. In addition to management, Brooke has proven to be an exceptional “leader” and continues to enjoy a “hands on” approach when managing with her team, always striving for individual successes of her team members, as well as her owners & residents!
In her spare time, Brooke loves the outdoors; floating, camping, hiking and just exploring the world around her. David McIver came to us from the former Coldwell Banker Property Management team in Florida and has been with HomeRiver Group® since 2016. He has worked in Property Management in the Panhandle and West Central FL area for 10+ years as well as being a native of the Sarasota area. He has experience at different levels of our organization as a Property Manager and Senior Property Manager. David is now the Regional Operating Manager for our largest market in Florida and is responsible for the Central FL property management team. He continually strives to provide our clients and tenants with the highest level of customer service and expertise within the rental home market.
Irina was born and raised in Russia and migrated to Unites States with her family in 1992. She graduated from Northern Arizona University with a degree in Business Management and minor in Accounting in 2004 then immediately jumped into the real estate world during the largest building boom. Irina joined the HomeRiver Group® Phoenix team in 2016 and became the Designated Broker and Regional Operations Manager for the Arizona office. She continuously strives to provide her expertise and guidance to clients to which her team manages as well as ensuring our clients investments are handled with the utmost care.
Matt is the Senior Vice President of Operations for HomeRiver Group and oversees all Field Operations including the Centers of Excellence, Property Services, and Client Accounting functions. HRG acquired Property Frameworks in October of 2020 where Matt served as the President of Property and Asset Services which also included CB Vacations and REO Experts. He was responsible for the overall vision of the combined companies, driving customer service and efficiencies with a team of high-performance leaders.
Prior to his role as President, Matt served as the CFO for NRT’s Property Management and Relocation Division at Realogy. In that role he was co-founder of Property Frameworks, standing up the division, integrating existing operations into a national brand, and growing significantly through acquisitions.
With most of his career spent at Realogy and the real estate industry, Matt had over 15 years of experience leading various Finance teams in financial planning and reporting with a sharp focus on supporting operations.
Matt earned his degree in Applied Finance and Accounting from Palm Beach Atlantic University and currently resides in Irvine, CA with his wife and five kids.

John is a founder of HomeRiver and responsible for all aspects of HomeRiver Group®’s activities. Over the course of his career, John has played a key role in executing over $10 billion in real estate transactions. Prior to co-founding HomeRiver, John was Senior Managing Director of Strategic Development for AZ Bidder, the country’s only national single-family home foreclosure bidding service. Before that, John cofounded and served as CEO of Class Green Capital Partners providing landmark funding and sustainability solutions to municipalities and states. Prior to Class Green, he served as EVP and Head of Acquisitions for U.S. Realty Advisors, one of the leading buyers of single-tenant, net leased properties in the United States. John also served as Managing Director at Eastdil Secured, where he managed its national Corporate Real Estate Investment Banking business. Before Eastdil, John was Managing Director in charge of Citigroup‘s Global Real Estate Equity and Structured Finance group where he built the bank’s global sale-leaseback advisory practice and oversaw the disposition of $5 billion of Citigroup’s foreclosed real estate assets. Prior to Citigroup, John served as a First Vice President in the multifamily acquisitions and syndications group at Integrated Resources. John has also practiced real estate, corporate and securities law at the New York firm of Robinson, Silverman (now Bryan Cave). An honors graduate of Harvard College and Fordham Law School, John is based in New York City, where he lives with his wife, Meg. They have three grown children.
Eric started his property management career with one of the area’s largest and most prestigious property management firms. He specialized in large apartment complexes and managed portfolios in Spokane, WA and Kennewick, WA. Eric started Madison Real Estate and Property Management that focused on single family and small multi-family management in Spokane using high-touch, high-tech to deliver top-notch service and rapid response times. He endeavors to continually use technology and high-energy team members with a commitment to service in order to provide an exceptional client experience.
Eric is a current member of the National Association of Property Managers (NARPM), Past-President of the local NARPM chapter, a member of the Institute for Real Estate Management (IREM), a member and the immediate Past-President of Independent Brokers of Spokane (IB) and is a member of the Professional Development Committee at the Spokane Association of Realtors (SAR).
He is also a certified Residential Management Professional (RMP) through NARPM and received his Master Property Manager (MPM) designation through NARPM in 2019. This prestigious designation is held by less than 1% of real estate professionals.

Drew is the Chief Operating Officer of HomeRiver Group and oversees Operations, Sales and Marketing, Information Technology, Finance, Human Resources and Legal. Drew joined HRG in March 2020 as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining HRG, Drew served as SVP, Operations, of the combined Realogy Franchise Group (RFG) and NRT’s shared services organization at Realogy Holdings. He was named to this position in 2018 as part of the new integrated shared services organization supporting the two core businesses. In his previous role, he was CFO of Realogy's franchise group and worked closely with the franchise brands and shared services departments to streamline processes, increase productivity and implement cost-saving initiatives. Drew joined RFG in 1999 and was promoted to RFG CFO in 2004 and served as CFO and Chief Administration Officer. Beginning in 2015, Drew served as Chief Finance and Strategy Officer, where he oversaw the RFG financial reporting and planning, strategic business development, new product development and deployment, including the ZAP rollout. He also worked closely with the business technology, human resources and legal teams on long-term business goals and strategic planning initiatives.
Prior to joining Realogy, Drew was the director of financial operations for a major North American printing company and served as controller for a privately held consumer goods company. He began his career in public accounting with PWC. Drew is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He is a graduate of Drexel University, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting. Drew resides in New Jersey with his family.
Doug is a founder and senior member of the HomeRiver team, and oversees the HRG Institutional Accounts Group and Investment Management business. Doug balances strategic insight with the operational expertise amassed while providing market-level guidance to public and private single family institutional investors. Prior to HomeRiver Group®, Doug cofounded one of the largest single family investment firms in the nation, Fortune Acquisitions. Over his career, Doug has overseen the purchase and operation of over 7,000 single family properties, led a team involved in managing 16,000 bank-owned assets, and deployed over $1B+ in the single family space. During the subprime crisis, Doug provided consultation to multiple national asset management firms, with a focus on the valuation, renovation, packaging, and disposition of properties nationwide for lenders such as Countrywide, GMAC and Bank of America. Doug cofounded a staffing firm which grew to over 1,000 employees and serviced Fortune 500 companies before its sale in 2004. A frequent panelist at national Real Estate investment conferences, Doug graduated with honors from Butler University and lives in Indianapolis with his wife Alicia, and their two sons.
Brad is the National Vice President of the Homeowners Association Management Division (HOA) and is a founder and senior member of the HomeRiver team. Brad was born in Port Elizabeth, South Africa. He moved to the USA in 1994 and started Real Property Worx, a property management firm for local and foreign investors, which in 2009 merged with Home Encounter as it expanded its Tampa property management base. As the driving force behind Home Encounter’s expansion into community association management, Brad has consistently strengthened the company’s position in Florida’s ever-changing community management marketplace. Brad serves as President of his own homeowner's association, is an elected Community Development District Supervisor, and is active with respect to legislation affecting homeowners’ associations. Brad is a licensed community association manager, real estate, and is a Certified Property Management Specialist (CPMS). He currently resides in Tampa, FL with his wife, Kimberly, and two daughters.
Joshua is a founder and member of the HomeRiver team, and Co-Founder of HRD Indianapolis, formerly Brick Lane Property Management, in Indianapolis, Indiana. Joshua has been actively managing real estate investment portfolios for the past 15 years and now serves as the Director of Business Development for Brick Lane Property Management. In the past 15 years, Joshua has managed over 15,000 bank-owned assets, 1500 investment properties, and has acted as the primary broker on the purchase and sale of over 1000 investment properties. Joshua lives in Indianapolis with his wife and two children. He is a licensed Real Estate Broker and a graduate of Indiana University’s Kelly School of Business.
Dewey is the Vice President of Finance of HomeRiver Group®. Prior to his current role, Dewey was the Director, Sales Operations at Polaris Industries, establishing sales goals and creating sales systems for 1,800 independent dealers and 100 sales reps throughout North America. During Dewey’s tenure in Sales Operations, the company’s sales grew from $2B to over $5B. Dewey was also the Chief Audit Executive at Polaris Industries where he streamlined external and internal audit and implemented a process improvement practice. Dewey also held various Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) leadership roles at Boston Scientific where he partnered with product development, manufacturing and marketing to launch multiple new product platforms. Dewey started his career at KPMG in their assurance practice and was a Certified Public Accountant for 6 years. Dewey earned his BBA in Accounting from Saint John’s University and holds an MBA from Indiana University, with a major in Finance. Dewey resides in Minneapolis, MN with his wife, Julie, and their two children.
Lee is a senior member of the HomeRiver team, and the President of HRG Greensboro, formerly Birch Management, LLC, a leading provider of professional property management services in the Triad area of North Carolina since 1988. He holds a NC Real Estate Broker’s License, has been an active real estate investor since 1994, and holds an unlimited NC General Contractors License. Additionally, Lee holds both the designations of CCIM, (Certified Commercial Investment Member) and CPM (Certified Property Manager). Lee has served on the Board of Directors for both TREBIC (Triad Real Estate and Building Industry Coalition) and The Realtor’s Commercial Alliance, most recently as Chairman in 2012. Lee also serves as Chairman of the North Carolina Association of Realtors Property Management Division Board of Governors, is a member of IREM Chapter 56 Executive Council, and serves on the Greensboro Regional Realtors Association Government Affairs Committee. Prior to his full time participation in real estate, Lee traveled to all 50 states and 42 countries while competing as a professional golfer for 16 years, including 6 years as an exempt member of the PGA TOUR. Lee holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management and a Minor in Accounting from Guilford College. Lee has been, for most of his life, a resident of Greensboro, NC, where he currently lives with his wife, Michelle, and their two children.
Preston is a senior member of the HomeRiver team, and the President of HRG Chicago, formerly Letts Investment Realty and Property Management in Chicago, which he started in 2006. In 2003 Preston received his real estate broker’s license and started buying long term cash flow producing properties for his clients and himself. At that time he and his father ran a successful boutique financial planning firm that catered to Chicago area families. His success at real estate investment inspired him to sell his stake in the firm and concentrate on buying and managing investment real estate for his growing list of clients. The company has grown to managing more than 1500 units for 350 individual and institutional owners in Chicago and the surrounding counties. Preston’s success is in part built on his passion for sharing his knowledge on the acquisition and successful management of income producing real estate. His unique approach to business strategies has made him an in-demand speaker, and real estate consultant. Preston graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree after attending Northwestern University and the University of Rhode Island. He and his family live in greater Chicago.
Chad is a senior member of the HomeRiver team, and co-founder/Principal Broker of HRG Idaho Falls, formerly BMG Rentals, a HomeRiver company. Chad has 15 years of experience in residential and investment real estate sales and management. As Principal Broker, Chad has overseen all aspects of one of the leading property management companies in Utah and Idaho. Chad has served in industry associations both locally and nationally and has been involved in speaking and educating throughout his career. He was one of the co-founders of the Utah NARPM chapter and served as the 2012 Utah Chapter President. Chad has served on the NARPM National Finance Committee and the Regional Convention Committee. Chad is currently serving on the Utah Apartment Association Political Action Committee. Chad earned his BS in Finance with an emphasis in real estate from the University of Utah. He currently resides in Utah with his wife and children.
Joe is a senior member of the HomeRiver team, and Vice President/Associate Branch Broker of HRG Salt Lake City, formerly BMG Rentals, a HomeRiver company. Joe began his real estate career 17 years ago at NAI Utah Commercial Real Estate. Joe co-founded BMG Rentals in 2005, one of the leading property management companies along the Wasatch front and southern Utah. He has aided in creating many online training programs that help set the industry standard for single family and small multifamily management. Improving the property management industry has been a long-term focus for Joe and he has enjoyed many successes while working alongside the Utah Apartment Association in helping Utah set and create legislation. Joe currently participates on the board for the UAA as Political Action committee chair. He was one of the co-founders of the Utah NARPM chapter in 2011 and has participated on the board in many capacities. He has obtained the industry designation of Residential Management Professional (RMP) from NARPM. Joe earned two BA degrees from the University of Utah, one in Communications with an emphasis in argumentation and negotiation and one in Spanish. Joe is a Utah native and lives there with his wife Amanda and four children.
Bob focuses on acquisitions development leading our efforts to acquire portfolios and platforms across the country. Bob is a senior member of the HomeRiver team and is President/Founder and designated officer of HRG Sacramento, formerly HomePointe Property Management, a Certified Residential Management Company (CRMC®) located in Sacramento, CA. Bob is a founding member of the local chapter of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM), and was its first President (1992). In addition to local leadership, Bob is past national president of NARPM (1996-97) and served on the national board from 1992-1998. Bob has recently served on NARPM’s National Investment Committee (2014-2017), National Professional Standards (1998-2017), and National Broker Owner Meeting Committee (2015-2016). Bob created NARPM’s first charity in 2010, the Past President’s Charity Event. He served as chairman and has served on the committee from 2010-2022. Locally, Bob has also chaired Sacramento NARPM’s Charity Event (2016-2019). Bob is both a Certified Property Manager (CPM®) and Master Property Manager (MPM®). He is actively involved in the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM), having served as President of the SW Idaho Chapter, the Educational Chair, and as the Vice Chair of the NARPM National Communications Committee, as well as the Marketing Awareness Committee. Danny is a graduate of Brigham Young University-Idaho, where he earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Management. Matt is the Vice President of Construction for HomeRiver Group®. Matt has more than 15 years of commercial and residential construction management experience. Prior to his current role, Matt was the Vice President of Operations and Business Development for Rincon Construction services. During Matt’s tenure at Rincon he significantly increased revenue, built out the team and established key operating procedures and systems to ensure successful growth. He also served as Blackstone Group's (Invitation Homes) Director of Operations, COO for Center Point Investment Solutions (which managed investments for Colony Capital and other major investors) and Director of Construction for several industry-leading management firms. Matt has had the opportunity to manage nearly $3 billion in assets, with a focus on establishing structure, processes, and procedures in project management, construction management, sales and software development. He attended Saddleback College in Mission Viejo, CA and took Business Management courses at Brigham Young in Provo, UT. Matt lives in San Clemente, CA with his wife Brette and 3 children.
Ross Patterson is the CFO of HRG Boise, formerly Park Place Property Management in Boise, Idaho and is responsible for the accounting operations in Idaho, Illinois, California, Missouri, Tennessee and several other states. He assists in the Mergers and Acquisitions function for Home River Group in connection with due diligence, underwriting and integration. A licensed CPA in the state of Idaho for 18 years, Ross also has nearly twenty years of leadership experience in the property management, residential construction and consulting industries. He is a former Corporate VP for Northwest Real Estate Capital Corp, an entity specializing in affordable housing and rehabilitation utilizing LIHTC tax credits, where he also assisted in Mergers and Acquisitions. He also served as the Senior Financial Executive of Hubble Homes, a NAHB Top 100 Home-builder that built approximately 1,000 homes per year. Ross is a graduate of Boise State University where he received his BBA in Accountancy. He currently resides in Idaho with his wife, Margo, and their children.
Josh is Vice President of our Process Innovation, leading the centralized departments that support our local teams across the country. Previously, Josh was the Regional Vice President for the Eastern Region and Vice President of Operations, and started his time at HomeRiver Group as one of the leaders of our Florida team. Josh has extensive experience in Property Management, specializing in Institutional client management, having led prior teams that stabilized portfolios for large REITs such as Progress Residential and Colony American Homes. Prior to that, Josh served as the Affiliate Development Manager at Carrington Property Services, a national property management and renovation company, where among other things he established third-party policies and implemented training plans and metrics for over 40 management firms and internal associates across 21 national MSAs. A native Floridian, Josh graduated from Harvard College with a degree in Economics. He is also on the Board of the Gay Men's Chorus of Tampa Bay and currently resides in the Greater Tampa Bay area with his partner Joey and their Goldendoodle Saffron.
Stacy is the Senior Vice President of Business Transformation for HomeRiver Group and is responsible for strategic and operational transformation as HRG seeks to standardize and accelerate the growth of the business. Stacy works closely with the entire SFR leadership team to help identify, prioritize and drive opportunities for improvement and long term strategic growth to completion. Prior to joining HRG in March of 2022, Stacy served as VP, Business Transformation at Realogy Brokerage Group (RBG) leading and executing on their business transformation agenda and establishing a business PMO of senior consultative professionals responsible for guiding the company forward in times of change and challenging economic periods. Stacy's leadership was invaluable during the COVID crisis where her team led remote capabilities and efficiencies, broker and agent process improvements and digitization efforts across all of Realogy Holdings Corp businesses.
Prior to joining Realogy, Stacy served at the executive level for over 17 years at J.P. Morgan Chase, taking the lead on many significant initiatives. As a result of her efforts, she was selected by top executives of the firm to be the global face of J.P. Morgan Chase for prospecting and newly hired managing directors. As part of this role, she led support teams around the world, ensuring incoming managing directors received a high-touch, high-value transition. As Chief of Staff to the head of consumer retailing banking, she guided innovative banking solutions and executive programs for over 5,600 Chase branch offices nationwide. During her 11 years in mortgage banking she held several senior leadership roles in organizations and capital markets. Stacy was also chosen while employed at GE Capital IT Solutions to lead the Six Sigma quality program for the Northeast division. She is a GE certified Six Sigma Black Belt and holds professional certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) by PMI, J.P. Morgan Senior Leadership, Agile Change Management ADCAR, TQM, Waterfall and MSF.

Brad is the SVP of Sales and Marketing for HomeRiver Group. He has over 30 years of sales, marketing, media and operational management experience. He has held leadership positions and been responsible for building, coaching and mentoring sales teams for companies such as apartments.com, G/O Digital, Careerbuilder, Knight Ridder Digital and the Chicago Tribune. In 2014, Brad was instrumental in the sale of apartments.com to CoStar Group for $585,000,000. From 2014 to 2016, Brad was the President of apartments.com with responsibility for sales, marketing, operations and technology. He led apartments.com during a period of rapid growth in revenue, and site traffic. Throughout his career, Brad has given back to the communities he has worked in by volunteering and holding board positions with organizations like the San Luis Obispo County YMCA.
Kaiti is responsible for coordinating the website design and related marketing efforts for HomeRiver Group®. She has acted as the Web and Marketing Developer for Park Place Property Management, now a HomeRiver Group® company, since 2013. Kaiti has worked in several areas of the marketing industry since 2009, including brand management, promotional campaigns, media, website design, graphic design and more. She currently resides in Oregon with her husband, Jordan.
Mary Garza is the Director of Training and Development for HomeRiver Group®. As such, she partners with each market location to create and implement software and other training programs focused around on-boarding, market-related business strategies, and overall corporate best practices to ensure every employee brings the best performance to his or her workplace and clients.
After spending three years as a Solutions Consultant for Propertyware, RealPage, Inc., Mary understands how leverage a company’s innovative culture to drive an energizing and thought-provoking training environment through classroom style workshops, webinars, and supported documentation. Mary was the lead trainer at the Propertyware, RealPage National Conference in 2017 and 2018.
Prior to working at RealPage, Mary was a Regional Manager for Dillards, producing a consistent increase in sales through her creative business strategies and enhanced employee development, and driving foundational principles of excellence in customer service and departmental expertise. Steve is Vice President of Brokerage Services for HRG’s San Antonio operation, and was national president of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM) in 2014. His company, Boardwalk Real Property Management, was acquired by HRG in May 2018. Steve will remain as a senior representative of HRG for the purpose of acquiring additional property management platforms, portfolios and institutional clients throughout Texas and elsewhere. Steve is an emeritus member of the American Institute of Architects. He became a real estate broker in 1978 and formed Boardwalk in 1986 as its designated broker. He received the CCIM designation in 1991. Steve has been active in the San Antonio Board of Realtors and served as the Property Management committee chair in 2001 and 2014 and the Governmental Affairs Committee chair in 2018. Steve joined NARPM in 1992 and helped form and is a past president of the San Antonio Metropolitan Area Chapter of NARPM. He received the Residential Management Professional (RMP) designation in 1998, the Master Property Manager (MPM) in 2001 and Boardwalk was designated a Certified Residential Management Company (CRMC) in 2008. In addition to serving as national president of NARPM in 2014, Steve served on the NARPM national board of directors from 2008 to 2015. Steve was born and raised in Iowa, graduated from Iowa State University with a B.A. in Architecture in 1972 and graduated from Texas A&M University with a Master of Building Design in Architecture in 1974.Steve is married to Linda G. Shannon is a senior member of the HomeRiver team, Regional Manager of HRG’s San Antonio operation and the Broker Associate for Boardwalk Real Property Management, a Certified Residential Management Company (CRMC®). Shannon is a member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM®) holding the Master Property Manager (MPM®) designation. She has served as a National Chair for the Professional Development Committee and was recipient of the 2017 Volunteer of the Year Award. Shannon is a 2012 graduate of the Texas Realtor Leadership Program and holds the Texas Residential Property Manager certification. Tom is the Vice President of Human Resources for HomeRiver, and is responsible for creating and overseeing its human resources infrastructure, operations, and services.
Prior to joining HomeRiver, Tom created and led the human resources function at Minnesota’s iconic Faribault Woolen Mill Company. He also spent 18 years in the commercial and residential real estate industry as the Vice President of Human Resources for Marquette Real Estate Group, parent company of Cushman & Wakefield/NorthMarq, RJM Construction, and United Properties. His responsibilities included creating and then leading the HR team in the development and administration of all aspects of human resources, including benefits administration, recruitment, retention, employee relations management, training and development, leadership development, and payroll administration for 750+ employees throughout the United States.
Tom earned his Bachelor of Science degree in finance from Metropolitan State University, and completed a mini MBA program in human resources at the University of St Thomas, both located in his home state of Minnesota. Tom resides in Chaska, MN with his wife, Julie, and their three daughters.
Mark leads our information technology team which includes security, application and software development, and business intelligence initiatives. His diverse and vast technology background is highlighted with a successful track record designing, developing, and implementing IT systems and solutions, both custom built and purchased, for manufacturing, education, entertainment, automotive, and commercial/residential real estate industries.

Barbara is the Chief Financial Officer and SVP, Acquisitions and Integration of HomeRiver Group®. Prior to her current roles, Barbara was the SVP, Acquisitions Integration at ABRA Auto Body & Glass, completing acquisitions and new greenfield store developments at a pace of 22 per year and increasing revenue $220 million annually. Barbara has also provided leadership for acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures across a diversity of industries, closing an additional 17 transactions with over $1.6 billion in revenues. Barbara has held Chief Financial Officer roles at ABRA Auto Body & Glass, where she transitioned the Real Estate function in-house; Tyco Plastics/Covalence Plastics; and Protient, a subsidiary of Associated British Foods. Her other leadership roles include Worldwide Controller of Cargill Ferrous International, Controller of Cargill Energy, and Worldwide Audit Manager for Cargill Inc’s financial and commodity trading businesses spanning more than 30 countries. Barbara earned her BBA in Accounting from Iowa State University and holds an MBA from the University of Chicago, with majors in Finance, Strategy and Entrepreneurial Studies. She is also a CPA (inactive). Barbara resides in Minneapolis, MN with her husband Michael and two teenage children.
David is an Associate in Acquisitions and Corporate Development and is responsible for the acquisition and integration of property management companies onto the HomeRiver Group® platform. Prior to his current role, David was a Manager at KPMG, where he led the day-to-day financial due diligence for buy and sell-side transactions for strategic and private equity clients in the Technology, Media and Entertainment Sector. During David's tenure at KPMG, David advised strategic and private equity clients in 20+ transactions, with purchase prices ranging from $2 million to over $1 billion. David started his career at RSM International in the assurance and advisory practice and has held various positions in Australia, Washington D.C and San Francisco. David earned his Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Finance and Accounting from Deakin University in Melbourne, Australia and currently resides in New York City.
Brad is the Director of FP&A at HomeRiver, responsible for planning, forecasting, financial modeling, and corporate development. Prior to HomeRiver, Brad was Senior Director of Finance at Wyndham Destinations, where he managed the forecasts, strategic plans, capital investments, and financial models at the hospitality company. During his tenure at Wyndham, Brad had the opportunity to work directly with senior leaders in a variety of business units - including RCI, Wyndham Vacation Rentals, Endless Vacation Rentals, and Wyndham Destination Network. He was the finance lead on many transformational projects which improved customer retention, increased revenue per customer, and reduced expenses through capital investments, technology implementations, partnerships, and acquisitions.
Brad has 15+ years broad international financial experience working in hospitality/travel, pharmaceuticals, technology, and consumer packaged goods for major Fortune 500 organizations. In addition to Wyndham, he has worked in a variety of financial leadership roles at Mondelez, Medco Health / Express Scripts, and Verizon.
Brad earned his degrees (BS in Management, MBA in Entrepreneurial Studies) from Fairleigh Dickinson University in Madison, New Jersey. Brad resides in Northern New Jersey with his wife and their daughter.
Jenny was born and raised in Chicago as part of a large family where she developed her time management, leadership and negotiation skills.
In her 25 years of property management experience she has worked at a 2,010 unit HOA on Chicago's gold coast, managed over 30 apartment communities, self storage units and a mobile home community. She found her place at HomeRiver Group in August 2019 with her main focus to establish a powerhouse Property Management office in the Kansas City market. Jenny thrives in building strong teams where people excel at doing the job they are hired to do.
Married for 22 years, Jenny and her husband Jim live in Lees Summit with their two boys Jacob and Jimmy. A huge Kansas City Royals fan, she enjoys attending games and rooting on her boys in blue - forcing her family to tolerate her obsession. Ajili ya “AJ” Kariem began her career in Beverly Hills, California. She obtained her real estate license in San Diego, CA. Market trends provided new opportunities for AJ so she relocated to Phoenix. AJ has worked in all facets of real estate specializing in acquisitions, property management, leasing and sales. As the Business Development Manager, she is poised to help expand the Phoenix and Lake Havasu market. She prides herself on cultivating client relationships and delivering exceptional service. Stephanie Warren has worked in Property Management for 14+ years, ranging from Multifamily, Student Housing, New Construction and Single Family Homes. Her skill sets cultivated from a variety of roles within these markets has enabled her to be a highly competent property management professional. She prides herself on being a supportive leader and mentor for her teams, and ensuring we deliver the utmost customer service and respect to our clients.
Stephanie is originally from Ft. Worth, Texas, but currently resides in NC with her husband and two girls. When she isn’t working hard at HRG, you’ll find her doing outside activities such as hiking and camping with her family.
